Pam Drumheller brings to Montague, Miller & Co. a high level of professionalism and an uncompromising commitment to the advancement of the firm. Pam has worked in all aspects of the real estate field. She earned her Real Estate License in 1981 and later became an Associate Broker in 2002. Pam came to Montague Miller & Co in 1994 as Chief Financial Officer and quickly earned the respect of fellow members of the leadership team. In 2015, Pam became Chief Operating Officer and earned an ownership interest in the company.

A native of Charlottesville, Pam spends most of her time giving back to a community about which she cares passionately. Throughout the years, Pam has served on various boards and committees in the area. She also enjoys coordinating and hosting company business events, holiday parties and helping Montague Miller give back to various charities in the multiple communities the company serves.
